Tripex Overseas Board approves stock split

Tripex Overseas Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 16, 2007, inter alia approved splitting of Stock of Shares into Rs 2 each.

The company has called for an Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the members of the Company on March 15, 2007 to consider splitting of shares.
