Shopper’s Stop Limited signs agreement with The Nuance Group AG

Shopper’s Stop Limited has informed that Pursuant to the Memorandum of Agreement signed with The Nuance Group AG, Switzerland, in respect of duty free retail business at Indian Airports, please be informed that a 50:50 Joint Venture Company between Shopper's Stop Ltd and The Nuance Group AG has been formed and the Shareholders Agreement in this regard has been executed.
