Edserv Softsystems allots 2987804 shares to QIBs

Edserv Softsystems Ltd has announced that the Board has allotted 2987804 Equity Shares to Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) at their meeting held on September 24, 2010.

The allottees include IDBI Bank (487804 shares), Sparrow India Diversified Opportunity Fund (1490000 shares), India Focus Cardinal Fund (500000 shares) and Cresta Fund (510000 shares).

The stock closed the day at Rs.205.65, up by Rs.1.10 or 0.54%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.208.90 and low of Rs.204.20.

The total traded quantity was 0.29 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 0.76 lakhs.
