The Initial Public Offering (IPO) of EROS International Media Limited has received subscription of 1.71 times. The IPO closes for subscription on September 21, 2010.

The issue has received bids for 31740960 equity shares against the offer of 18551898 equity shares. The issue has received bids for 11055800 equity shares at cut-off price.

The Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) portion of the issue has received bids for 7930480 equity shares against the offer of 9691140 equity shares resulting in a subscription of 0.82 times.

The Non Institutional Investors portion of the issue has received subscription of 4.63 times with bids for 10248000 equity shares against the offer of 2215189 equity shares.

The Retail Individual Investors (RIIs) portion of the issue has received bids for 13562480 equity shares against the offer of 6645570 equity shares resulting in a subscription of 2.04 times.
