The Initial Public Offering (IPO) of Central Bank of India Ltd opens for subscription on 24 July, 2007. The company is coming out with an Initial Public Offering (IPO) of 80000000 equity shares of Rs.10 each for cash at a price band of Rs.85 - Rs.102 through 100% Book Building process.
The IPO opens for subscription on Tuesday - July 24, 2007 and closes on Friday - July 27, 2007.
The Issue includes a reservation of 4,000,000 equity shares for subscription by employees. The issue less the employee reservation portion is referred to as the Net Issue. The issue will constitute 24.68% of the pre issue and 19.80% of the post-issue fully diluted paid-up capital of the bank.
The Equity Shares are proposed to be listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and the National Stock Exchange (NSE).
The Book Running Lead Managers to the issue are ICICI Securities Primary Dealership Ltd, Citigroup Global Markets India Pvt Ltd, Enam Financial Consultants Pvt Ltd, IDBI Capital Market Services Ltd and Kotak Mahindra Capital Company Ltd. Intime Spectrum Registry Ltd is the Registrar to the issue.
