MindTree allots 35492 Equity Shares

MindTree Ltd has announced that the Company has allotted No Equity Shares under the 1999 Stock Option Plan (Program 1).

Further, The Company has allotted 2,727 equity shares of Rs. 50/- each fully paid on September 15, 2010 to the employees/directors of the Company pursuant to exercise of stock options granted to them under the 2001 Stock Option Plan (Program 2).

Further, the Company has allotted 11,630 equity shares of Rs. 250/- each fully paid on September 15, 2010 to the employees/directors of the Company pursuant to exercise of stock options granted to them under the 2006(a) Stock Option Plan (Program 3).

Further, the Company has allotted 17,157 equity shares (of which 8,727 are of Rs. 300/- each, 335 are of Rs. 315/- each, 7,575 are of Rs. 335/- each, 325 are of Rs. 350/- each and 195 are of Rs. 419/- each) fully paid on September 15, 2010 to the employees/directors of the Company pursuant to exercise of stock options granted to them under the 2006(b) Stock Option Plan (Program 4).

Further, the Company has allotted 3,978 equity shares (of which 102 are of Rs. 138.05/- each, 3876 are of Rs. 343.48/- each) fully paid on September 15, 2010 to the employees/directors of the Company pursuant to exercise of stock options granted to them under 2008 A Stock Option Plan (Program 5).

The stock was trading at Rs.510, down by Rs.1.50 or 0.29%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.515 and low of Rs.508.15.

The total traded quantity was 10714 compared to 2 week average of 24260.
