Temptation Foods Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 24, 2010, have allotted and Issued 1,53,15,000 Equity shares of Rs. 10/- each at a premium of Rs. 26/- per share to other than promoters on preferential basis.
