Mindtree allots 30158 Equity Shares under various Stock Option Plans

MindTree Ltd has allotted 3,431 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each fully paid on August 16, 2010 to the employees/directors of the Company pursuant to exercise of stock options granted to them under the 1999 Stock Option Plan (Program 2).

Further, the Company has allotted 16,550 equity shares of Rs. 250/- each fully paid on August 16, 2010 to the employees/directors of the Company pursuant to exercise of stock options granted to them under the 2006(a) Stock Option Plan (Program 3).

Further, the Company has allotted 7,938 equity shares (of which 6,368 are of Rs. 300/- each, 845 are of Rs. 315/- each, 600 are of Rs. 335/- each, 125 are of Rs. 419/- each) fully paid on August 16, 2010 to the employees/directors of the Company pursuant to exercise of stock options granted to them under the 2006(b) Stock Option Plan (Program 4).

Further, the Company has allotted 2,239 equity shares (of which 196 are of Rs. 117.15/- each, 436 are of Rs. 138.88/- each, 80 are of Rs. 167.75/- each and 1,527 are of Rs. 343.48/- each) fully paid on August 16, 2010 to the employees/directors of the Company pursuant to exercise of stock options granted to them under 2008 A Stock Option Plan (Program 5).

The stock was trading at Rs.533.95, up by Rs.12.85 or 2.47%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.540 and low of Rs.519.
