Sterling Holiday Resorts to consider conversion of warrants on Aug 18, 2010

Sterling Holiday Resorts India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 18, 2010, to consider Allotment of Equity Shares on Conversion of Warrants.

The stock closed the day at Rs.106.15, up by Rs.6.45 or 6.47%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.108.90 and low of Rs.99.50.

The total traded quantity was 5.19 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 7.12 lakhs.
