Sancia Global Infraprojects Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 10, 2010, to reset the conversion price of FCCBs issued by the Company.

The stock was trading at Rs.20.15, up by Rs.0.40 or 2.03%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.20.20 and low of Rs.19.80.
