JIK Industries to consider raising resources

JIK Industries Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 19, 2007, inter alia, to consider issue on Preferential / Private Placement basis (i) Equity, Convertible Bonds, Debentures & other Convertible / tradable instruments to strategic investors and (ii) Equity shares & other Convertible / tradable instruments to Promoter and associates, subject to necessary approvals.
