Spentex Industries Allots equity shares on amalgamation of Indo Rama Textiles Ltd

Spentex Industries Ltd has announced that the Share Allotment Committee at its meeting held on February 08, 2007, has issued and allotted 4487857 equity shares of Rs 10/- each pursuant to Scheme of Amalgamation to the members of Indo Rama Textiles Ltd.
