Taneja Aerospace proposes to form JV for MRO services with Sabena Technics, Belgium

Taneja Aerospace & Aviation Ltd has announced that the Company is proposing to form a Joint Venture for MRO Services (Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul) with M/s. Sabena Technics, Belgium. The necessary agreement/s to implement the same are expected to be signed by the parties concerned in due course.
