Shiv Vani Oil closes FCCB issue

Shiv-Vani Oil & Gas Exploration Services Ltd has announced that the Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held on July 16, 2010, inter alia, has closed the FCCB issue of US$ 75 million on July 16, 2010, being the Closing Date, having been fully subscribed.

Further the Company has informed that, the Company has amended and extended the maturity date from July 17, 2015 to August 17, 2015.

The stock closed the day at Rs.471.90, down by Rs.2.45 or 0.52%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.478 and low of Rs.470.95.

The total traded quantity was 11565 compared to 2 week average of 37000.
