Industrial Investment Trust to consider raising funds on July 20, 2010

Industrial Investment Trust Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 20, 2010, inter alia, to approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2010, the Board in its said meeting will also consider increase in Authorised Share Capital.

The Board will also consider raising of funds through Qualified Institution Placement and related matters.

The stock was trading at Rs.126, up by Rs.2.65 or 2.15%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.126 and low of Rs.120.

The total traded quantity was 2740 compared to 2 week average of 51982.
