HDFC Bank allots 442314 Equity Shares under ESOP

HDFC Bank Ltd has announced that the Bank has allotted on July 15, 2010, 442314 equity shares to the employees of the Bank pursuant to exercise of options under its Employees Stock Options Schemes (ESOS).

The stock was trading at Rs.2065, down by Rs.23.35 or 1.12%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.2088 and low of Rs.2056.05.

The total traded quantity was 16140 compared to 2 week average of 79363.
