Hotel Leelaventure to consider quarterly results on July 13, 2010

Hotel Leelaventure Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 13, 2010, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the first quarter ended on June 30, 2010.

The Board will also consider issue of Equity Shares to the Promoter / Promoter Group on Preferential Basis as per SEBI (ICDR) Regulations, 2009.

Further if approved by the Board, the Company will seek the consent of the shareholders in respect of aforesaid item and such other related items by way of Special Resolutions at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

The stock was trading at Rs.48.70, up by Rs.0.90 or 1.88%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.49.30 and low of Rs.47.60.

The total traded quantity was 137789 compared to 2 week average of 161854.
