Cupid allots 1150000 warrants

Cupid Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 17, 2010, has allotted 11,50,000 (Eleven Lac Fifty Thousand Only) warrants convertible in equal number of equity shares of Rs. 10/- each at a price of Rs. 10.50/- on preferential basis to Mr. Suresh Chand Garg, as per approval given by shareholders at the Extra General Meeting held on June 05, 2010.

The stock closed the day at Rs.9.88. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.10.40 and low of Rs.9.30.

The total traded quantity was 19492 compared to 2 week average of 4490.
