Priyadarshini Spinning Board recommends 10% Dividend

Priyadarshini Spinning Mills Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 24, 2006 has considered and recommended a dividend of 10% on equity capital of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2006.
