Chromatic India approves conversion of 15 lakhs warrants

Chromatic India Ltd has announced that as per the approval of the members of the Company by way of postal ballot, of which the results were declared on March 10, 2010, the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 15, 2010, has approved to convert 15 lacs warrants into equity shares of the Company, at a price of Rs. 100/- (including a premium of Rs. 90/- per warrant).

The stock closed the day at Rs.33.20, up by Rs.1.20 or 3.75%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.33.20 and low of Rs.32.

The total traded quantity was 384 compared to 2 week average of 942.
