Educomp Solutions allots 8850 Shares

Educomp Solutions Ltd has announced that remuneration committee of the Company on June 15, 2010 has allotted 8,850 Equity Shares respectively to the Employees of the Company who have exercised their stock option under Company's ESOP Scheme 2006 & 2007.

Post allotment Paid up capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 19,08,63,706/- consisting of 9,54,31,853 equity shares of the face value of Rs. 2/- each to Rs. 19,08,81,406/- consisting of 9,54,40,703 equity shares of the face value of Rs. 2/- each.

The stock closed the day at Rs.538.15, down by Rs.13.20 or 2.39%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.560 and low of Rs.535.05.

The total traded quantity was 593482 compared to 2 week average of 819955.
