Bemco Hydraulics to issue 12,93,400 shares in the ratio of 2:1

Bemco Hydraulics Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 31, 2007, inter alia, has read, accepted and approved the draft letter of offer for the issue of 12,93,400 equity shares with a face value of Rs 10/- each for cash at par, aggregating Rs 129.34 Lacs to the existing equity shareholders in the ratio of two equity shares for every one equity shares held by the existing shareholder. The draft letter of offer would be filed with the SEBI and respective stock exchange by lead manager to the issue M/s. Microsec Capital Ltd., Kolkata.
