HDFC Bank allots 697050 Equity Shares under ESOP

HDFC Bank Ltd has announced that the Bank has allotted on May 28, 2010, 697050 equity shares to the employees of the Bank pursuant to exercise of options under its Employee Stock Options Schemes(ESOS).

The stock was trading at Rs.1893.90, down by Rs.1.05 or 0.06%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.1920 and low of Rs.1885.

The total traded quantity was 40782 compared to 2 week average of 50558.
