Future Capital Holdings allots 50000 shares under ESOS

Future Capital Holdings Ltd has announced that the Committee of Directors of the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on May 24, 2010, has allotted 50,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each fully paid up at an exercise price of Rs. 102/- to the employee upon exercise of stock options pursuant to the FCH ESOS - 2008.

The stock was trading at Rs.150.50, up by Rs.2.20 or 1.48%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.153.90 and low of Rs.149.25.

The total traded quantity was 36924 compared to 2 week average of 87266.
