Polaris Software allots 15850 Equity Shares under ASOP Scheme

Polaris Software Lab Ltd has announced that the Shareholder's Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company vide Circular Resolution dated May 17, 2010 allotted 15,850 equity shares to the employees of the Company under the Associate Stock Option Plan 2003.

The stock closed the day at Rs.174.90, down by Rs.3.05 or 1.71%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.179.95 and low of Rs.172.

The total traded quantity was 83562 compared to 2 week average of 107166.
