Surya Pharma allots 47 lakh warrants

Surya Pharmaceutical Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 29, 2010, has allotted 47,00,000 zero coupon convertible share warrants to M/s. Futuristics Garments Pvt. Ltd. in terms of Resolution passed in the Extra Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company held on March 14, 2009.

The stock was trading at Rs.185.45, down by Rs.0.30 or 0.16%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.190 and low of Rs.185.

The total traded quantity was 33860 compared to 2 week average of 41271.
