Polaris Software allots 35300 Equity Shares under ASOP Scheme

Polaris Software Lab Ltd has announced that the Shareholder's Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 21, 2010, has allotted 32,300 equity shares to the employees of the Company under the Associate Stock Option Plan, 2003.

Further, under ASOP 2004 scheme, 3,000 shares were transferred to Associates pursuant to exercise of options granted to them.

The stock closed the day at Rs.185.60, down by Rs.2.60 or 1.38%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.189.95 and low of Rs.184.25.

The total traded quantity was 111583 compared to 2 week average of 265056.
