Glenmark Pharma approves conversion of 20400 stock options

Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Ltd has announced that at the meeting of the Operation Committee of Directors held on April 22, 2010, the Board has approved the conversion of 20,400 stock options issued to its employees into 20,400 Equity Shares pursuant to the ESOP 2003.

The stock closed the day at Rs.269.80, down by Rs.3.50 or 1.28%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.272.50 and low of Rs.268.65.

The total traded quantity was 73145 compared to 2 week average of 153501.
