IDFC allots 516299 shares under ESOS

Infrastructure Development Finance Company Ltd (IDFC) has announced that the Committee of Directors for Allotment, at its meeting held on April 13, 2010, has allotted 5,16,299 fully paid up equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to employees of the Company in terms of the Employee Stock Option Scheme (ESOS).

The stock closed the day at Rs.167.25, down by Rs.6.50 or 3.74%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.174.55 and low of Rs.166.75.

The total traded quantity was 787183 compared to 2 week average of 732839.
