Circuit Systems India allots 37 lakh shares

Circuit Systems India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 31, 2010, have allotted 3700000 (Thirty Seven Lakhs) Equity Shares on Preferential basis to the respective allottes as approved by the shareholders/Members in their Extra Ordinary General Meeting of Company held on March 20, 2010.

The stock was trading at Rs.15, up by Rs.0.75 or 5.26%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.15.45 and low of Rs.14.

The total traded quantity was 4184 compared to 2 week average of 4533.
