HDIL closes 6th Tranche of Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures

Housing Development and Infrastructure Ltd has announced that the Company has received application and Subscription for 1250 Secured Redeemable and Non-Convertible Debentures of Rs. 10,00,000/- (Rupees ten Lakhs) each, aggregating to Rs. 125 Crores in sixth tranche out of the 5175 Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures of Rs. 10,00,000/- (Rupees ten Lakhs) each for cash aggregating to Rs. 5l7.50 crores under Green Shoe Option upto 45% over and above issue of 11,500, Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures of Rs. 10,00,000/- (Rupees ten Lakhs) each. Further the Company has informed that, the sixth tranche has been closed on March 29, 2010.

The stock closed the day at Rs.286.20, down by Rs.2.55 or 0.88%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.292.25 and low of Rs.285.05.

The total traded quantity was 1329777 compared to 2 week average of 1542558.
