Cupid to allot 592400 shares

Cupid Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 29, 2010, has decided to allot 5,92,400 equity share of Rs. 10/- each of the Company to the Promoter of the Company pursuant to conversion of 5,92,400 warrants.

The stock closed the day at Rs.8.20, up by Rs.0.01 or 0.12%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.8.50 and low of Rs.8.20.

The total traded quantity was 175 compared to 2 week average of 6186.
