HDFC allots 62495 Shares pursuant to conversion of FCCBs

Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd (HDFC) has announced that the Corporation on March 30, 2010 has allotted 62,495 equity shares of Rs. 10 each pursuant to conversion of FCCBs.

Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Corporation would stand at Rs. 287,11,02,220,00 consisting of 28,71,10,222 equity shares of Rs. 10 each.

The stock closed the day at Rs.2637.60, down by Rs.26.35 or 0.99%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.2691.90 and low of Rs.2630.

The total traded quantity was 39798 compared to 2 week average of 67410.
