Kotak Mahindra Bank allots 43175 Equity Shares

Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd has announced that the ESOP Allotment Committee of the Bank at its Meeting held on March 30, 2010 has allotted 43,175 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each, pursuant to exercise of Employee Stock Options.

Under ESOP Scheme Series 2005/01 (3rd Tranche) : 2,800 equity shares, ESOP Scheme Series 2007/01 (2nd Tranche) : 5,126 equity shares, ESOP Scheme Series 2007/01 (3rd Tranche) : 5,249 equity shares and ESOP Scheme Series 2007/15 (1st Tranche) : 30,000 equity shares.

The stock closed the day at Rs.748.45, down by Rs.5.70 or 0.76%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.765.40 and low of Rs.746.25.

The total traded quantity was 86627 compared to 2 week average of 123515.
