Sujana Universal allots shares, warrants to Yalamanchili Finance

Sujana Universal Industries Ltd has announced that 65,00,000 equity shares and 2,35,00,000 Convertible Warrants of Rs. 10/- each of the Company were allotted at the rate of Rs. 12.50 (including premium) to M/s. Yalamanchili Finance and Trading Pvt. Ltd. under promoters category through preferential issue on March 30, 2010 by the Management Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company.

The stock closed the day at Rs.11.04, down by Rs.0.47 or 4.08%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.12 and low of Rs.10.90.

The total traded quantity was 343406 compared to 2 week average of 155854.
