AV Cottex to reconsider fund raising proposal

AV Cottex Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 25, 2010, have decided to reconsider the fund raising issue after the closure of books of accounts for the current financial year. The Board of Directors further have advise the Managing Director, Mr. Sudhir Naheta to appoint an advisor and/or banker to analyze the current market conditions, and gain some visible information before re-considering the fund raising option.

The stock was trading at Rs.14.85, up by Rs.0.70 or 4.95%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.14.85 and low of Rs.13.55.

The total traded quantity was 1040 compared to 2 week average of 5492.
