Marsons to consider preferential issue on Mar 29, 2010

Marsons Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 29, 2010, to allot the shares on Preferential Basis.

The stock closed the day at Rs.19, down by Rs.0.60 or 3.06%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.19.40 and low of Rs.18.65.
