Coromandel Fertilisers signs agreement with Group Chimique Tunisien and GSFC for a joint venture

Coromandel Fertilisers Ltd has announced that on August 21, 2006, the Company has entered into a Shareholders Agreement with Group Chimique Tunisien, Tunisia and Gujarat State Fertilizers Corporation for the joint venture Company proposed to be set up at Tunisia for manufacture of Phosphoric acid.
