Odyssey Corporation to consider conversion of warrants on Mar 16, 2010

Odyssey Corporation Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 16, 2010, inter alia, to consider conversion of Warrants into Equity and allotment of the Equity Shares which were issued on conversion of warrants on preferential basis.

The stock closed the day at Rs.76, down by Rs.0.90 or 1.17%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.79.75 and low of Rs.74.30.
