Arihant Foundations to consider conversion of 430000 warrants on Mar 16, 2010

Arihant Foundations & Housing Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 16, 2010, inter alia, to consider the Conversion of 4,30,000 convertible warrants in to 1 fully paid up equity shares of Rs. 10/- each and allotment of the said equity shares.

The stock was trading at Rs.137.50, down by Rs.1.50 or 0.79%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.142.95 and low of Rs.136.05.
