Diamant Investment & Finance Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 11, 2010, inter alia, for allotment of Preferential Shares to the persons other than promoters in pursuance of resolution passed by shareholders at Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on March 08, 2010.
