Sudal Industries to consider allotment of 4 lakh shares on Mar 12, 2010

Sudal Industries Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 12, 2010, to consider & approve the allotment of 4,00,000 of Equity Shares against the optionally fully convertible warrants.
