HDFC allots 111898 shares pursuant to exercise of options under ESOS

Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd (HDFC) has announced that the Corporation on March 05, 2010 has allotted 1,11,898 equity shares of Rs. 10 each pursuant to exercise of stock options by employees.

Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Corporation would stand at Rs. 286,58,47,310 consisting of 28,65,84,731 equity shares of Rs. 10 each.

The stock closed the day at Rs.2584.20, down by Rs.3.50 or 0.14%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.2625 and low of Rs.2575.65.

The total traded quantity was 40838 compared to 2 week average of 49749.
