Indage Vintners allots 32 lakh shares against Convertible warrants

Indage Vintners Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 03, 2010, inter alia, has issued and allotted 3200000 Equity Shares of Rs.10/- each at a premium of Rs 78/- per Equity Share to the allottees mentioned below. These shares have been allotted against conversion of equivalent number of Equity Share Warrants allotted on July 18, 2009 and are eligible for conversion pursuant to the approval granted by the Shareholders at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on July 04, 2009.

The Warrant holder Anam Transport Pvt Ltd was allotted 1475000 shares, Sanjivani Horticulture Pvt Ltd was allotted 1425000 shares and Asian Sirius Energy Ltd was allotted 300000 shares.

Consequent upon the allotment of 3200000 Equity Shares as aforesaid, the issued, Subscribed and Paid Up Share Capital of the Company shall stand increased to Rs. 18,46,76,210/- (Rupees Eighteen crores forty six lacs seventy six thousand two hundred ten only) divided into 18467621 Equity shares of Rs.10/- each.

The stock was trading at Rs.57.30, up by Rs.3.10 or 5.72%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.59.15 and low of Rs.54.

The total traded quantity was 117397 compared to 2 week average of 51937.
