Oracle Financial Services allots 5700 shares on exercise of stock options

Oracle Financial Services Software Ltd has announced that the ESOP Allotment Committee at its meeting held on February 26, 2010, allotted 5,700 equity shares of face value of Rs. 5/- each to eligible employees of the Company who exercised their stock options under the Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2002. These shares are pari pasu with the existing equity shares of the Company, in all respects.

With this allotment, the paid up capital of the Company increased to Rs. 419,274,285 divided into 83,854,857 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each.

The stock closed the day at Rs.2233.75, up by Rs.34.65 or 1.58%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.2250 and low of Rs.2191.10.

The total traded quantity was 11868 compared to 2 week average of 12833.
