Ind-Swift allots 40 lakh warrants

Ind-Swift Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 22, 2010, has allotted 40,00,000 Zero Coupon Convertible Warrants on preferential basis to M/s. Essix Bio-Sciences Ltd., a promoter group Company, at a rate of Rs. 25/- per warrant (each convertible into one equity share of Rs. 2/- each), as per approval by the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on September 24, 2009.

The stock closed the day at Rs.28.80, down by Rs.0.45 or 1.54%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.29.50 and low of Rs.28.10.

The total traded quantity was 20209 compared to 2 week average of 26205.
