Pradeep Metals to consider extension of OCCRPS redemption

Pradeep Metals Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 26, 2010, to consider the report of Sub-committee of Directors regarding extension of redemption schedule for OCCRPS aggregating to Rs. 519.80 lakhs and matters incidental thereto.

The stock was trading at Rs.14.85, up by Rs.0.51 or 3.56%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.15 and low of Rs.13.75.
