Glenmark Pharmaceuticals allots 70400 Shares

Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company, at its Operations Committee Meeting held on February 18, 2010 allotted 70,400 shares to the employees of the Company on exercise of options granted to them pursuant to ESOS 2003.

The stock closed the day at Rs.258.85, up by Rs.1.55 or 0.60%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.262 and low of Rs.255.

The total traded quantity was 125191 compared to 2 week average of 118759.
