Shriram Transport allots 11658552 Equity Shares

Shriram Transport Finance Company Ltd has announced that the duly authorized Securities Issue and Allotment Committee of the Company at its meeting held on January 28, 2010 has allotted 11,658,552 Equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) at a price of Rs. 500.80 per share (including a premium of Rs. 490.80 per share) in terms of SEBI Regulations.

The stock closed the day at Rs.492.20, up by Rs.3.55 or 0.73%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.494 and low of Rs.490.
