Gujarat State Petronet approves allotment of 121584 shares

Gujarat State Petronet Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 25, 2010, inter alia, has approved allotment of 1,21,584 Equity Shares under Employees Stock Options Scheme (ESOP) consequent to which the paid up Share Capital of the Company increased from Rs. 562,32,70,000 to 562,44,85,840.

The Stock closed the day at Rs.94.05, down by Rs.1.85 or 1.93%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.95.90 and low of Rs.93.10.

The total traded quantity was 966209 compared to 2 week average of 983135.
